Cansolv Technologies to be featured on 21st Century Business Television series, May 5, 2012 on Fox Business Network (as paid programming)

(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 04, 2012 ) Air pollution is one of the primary environmental concerns of the 21st Century. Governments around the world are instituting regulations to reduce air pollution from industries and other sources. Two of the primary gases targeted are sulphur dioxide (SO2) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Both gases are invisible, but can have significant impact on the environment. In order to help industry meet environmental requirements efficiently and economically, Cansolv Technologies, Inc. (CTI) provides advanced air pollution control and capture solutions for SO2 and CO2 emissions. Cansolv’s patented technology is adaptable to multiple markets, and is simple, proven and effective. In addition it allows industry to reuse or resell the captured gases. And because the amine solvents used in CTI’s capture systems are reused in the process, the solution provides further environmental and economic benefits for customers.

CTI has maintained a strong Research and Development program focused on continuously improving the Cansolv SO2 process, developing a CO2 Capture process, and integrating advanced amine purification systems. At this time, fifteen commercial CANSOLV SO2 Scrubbing Systems are in operation and many more are in the detailed engineering or procurement phase. A number of CANSOLV CO2 Capture demonstration and commercial units are currently being engineered or built, and Cansolv is well positioned to serve the evolving CO2 capture market.
