A New BP Claims Strategy is unveiled by BPClaims.org.

(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 15, 2011 ) Pensacola, Florida-In an effort to get BP Claims paid BPClaims.org has disclosed a recently tested strategy that is getting BP Claims paid at an increased rate and with more efficiency.

Over 65% of the claims submitted through BPClaims.org have gotten paid within 45 days. The new strategy is reliant on filing individual claims that are under 50k.

The GCCF has shown a willingness to pay these types of claims, BPClaims.org has created a network of BP Claims Experts, these Experts range from BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters to well -seasoned Oil Spill Attorneys.

The Attorneys.

The strategy relies on accountability, the claimant is given one " BP Claims Consultant/Adjuster" to work with. The adjuster/consultant is solely responsible for that claimant.

The Process works like this:

Claimants are assigned to a BP Claims Expert who is knowledgeable in the BP Claims process, they are available to their clients 24 hours a day.

They will help put together all paperwork needed and organize the claims.

If the claim is deficient in any way they will help claimants cure the deficiencies, even if it is at the GCCF.

Claims Consultants and Adjusters can also help claimants with BP Claims even if they were denied.

Claims Experts are passionate about getting BP Claims paid.

They develop a personal relationship with their claimants.

They will submit claims to the GCCF for claimants.

Some claims need the help of an Attorney, that is a fact, but claims must be organized first, and BP Claims Experts can do just that, then will hand the claim off to a firm that specializes in the type of case needed, at no extra charge.

In some instances case will be directed immediately to an Attorney. If this claim needs the help of an Attorney, an Attorney specializing in this type of claim will be notified.

BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters have a fee of 15% of what they receive from the GCCF, BP Claims Attorneys historically charge 33.3%. If claimants require the help of an Attorney, the fee from the claims adjuster will roll into the fee charged by the Attorney, there will not be a extra charge. The Attorneys are happy to receive claims from AdjusterÂ’s that are already well organized.

This new ground breaking strategy is working and BPClaims.org is getting claimants the compensation they deserve. Claimants are getting one on one attention and 24 hour support from experienced claims adjusters and claims consultants and these claims are being paid quickly and properly.

About BPClaims.org: BPClaims.org is a website who wants to help as many people as possible who suffered a loss from the BP oil spill by assisting them with filing and getting BP claims paid.
